Breathermae's Comprehensive Progress Report:

March 3, 2024

BREATHERMAE (BT) has made notable progress over the past year as a pioneering force in the health and wellness industry. The company is set to secure $4 million in seed funding and venture capital necessary to commence its operations. This post outlines BT’s evolution and significant achievements, particularly in forming strategic partnerships and collaborations.

BT has established vital partnerships with key industry leaders, advancing its mission within the health and wellness sector. Alfred Hanser, CEO of Gia Wellness, recognizes BT’s potential in the bioenergetics wellness market and advocates for BT to develop a new line of nutritional supplements focused on longevity and energetic balance, complementing BT’s current projects, that include wearables for bioenergetic wellness screening. Hanser also suggests a leasing structure for healthcare stakeholders to drive revenue and scalability, offering to serve as an advisor to support BT’s growth.

Managing Health is Our Craft

In February 2024, BT began pursuing venture capital to secure $4 million in funding to launch operations. Initial discussions with Carlisle Strategic Investments and other venture capital firms within the health and wellness industry are underway, aiming to explore potential investment opportunities and propel BT’s growth.

Positive feedback from industry stakeholders highlights BT’s innovative approach to integrating restorative wellness tools, artificial general intelligence, and predictive analysis. This approach positions BT to transform the wellness industry and enhance global well-being. Through strategic partnerships, venture capital initiatives, and positive industry reception, BT is well-positioned to revolutionize healthcare and wellness practices globally.

Frank Lewandowski is working to re-establish connections with Johnson & Johnson to discuss the formation of a collaborative consortium of pharmaceutical companies. This consortium will focus on the exploration and integration of BT’s bioenergetic research and products into the pharmaceutical landscape to enhance patient care and clinical trials. By incorporating BT’s advanced API tools, the goal is to improve clinical trials beyond traditional diagnostics and pharmacokinetics, providing mental and emotional insights into various bioenergetic systems and improving efficiency and costs in the pharmaceutical industry.

Discussions with Dr. Matthew Willis of Advanced Functional Medicine aim to designate DAP Health and Advanced Functional Medicine as beta sites for BT’s bioenergetic Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This platform, incorporating the bioenergetic wellness glove and comprehensive assessments, seeks to empower patients in optimizing their health. Following the acquisition of initial capital funding, BT plans to integrate its products into Advanced Functional Medicine’s practice, broadening BT’s influence in the functional medicine field.

BT has rekindled discussions with DAP Health and its CEO David Brinkman to integrate BT’s innovative bioenergetics technology into traditional healthcare settings. Initially, a pilot program with DAP Health aimed to study energetic pathways in 2020, but the pandemic interrupted this initiative. With DAP Health’s current expansion into Coachella Valley, where they serve over 20,000 patients, this collaboration is being revisited. Brinkman emphasizes the potential to use DAP Health’s grant writing expertise to secure additional research and development funding, validating BT’s technology and fostering a new healthcare paradigm.

BT aims to revolutionize corporate wellness by partnering with top experts to create cutting-edge wellness modules. These workshops will set a new standard in the industry by integrating employee well-being and leadership productivity through innovative strategies. Our goal is to raise the bar for corporate wellness, establishing a model of excellence and leadership in the market. Leading this initiative are Dr. JJ Meier from Strategen Group, Debbie Forcier-Lynn from Cultural Alignment Solutions, Iben Larssen from IBEN Institute, and Dr. Tonia Herdon from Civility Partners.

Dr. Meier will continue to cultivate Breathermae’s partnership with TTI Success Insights to develop and offer corporate wellness leadership workshops through their extensive network of 7,000 facilitators. Dr. Meier’s goal is to broaden BT’s influence in the corporate arena and engage with a diverse range of companies worldwide.

Debbie Forcier from Cultural Alignment Solutions will enrich BT’s corporate wellness programs by providing online support, generating reports, and facilitating wellness activities. Leveraging her broad network and expertise, Forcier brings valuable connections and distribution channels to BT within the corporate wellness sector, in line with BT’s mission to foster well-being in corporate settings.

In collaboration with Dr. Edwin Gvalevech, BT is set to launch innovative nutritional supplements targeting bioenergetics and longevity. This effort will utilize pharmaceutical modeling tools to introduce effective products to the natural supplements market, addressing energy-related challenges and promoting overall well-being.

Strategically, BT aims to penetrate the niche nutritional supplement market and is developing a SaaS-based mobile application – “Art of Wellness”. This platform will integrate bioenergetic tools, novel supplements, and essential life principles, offering consumers and stakeholders a comprehensive system for enhancing wellness. Key features include an interactive hub covering the eight pillars of wellness and incorporating emotional, mental, and bioenergetic tools for a multi-dimensional wellness experience.

BT plans to appoint a Chief Medical Officer who will be a trailblazer in mental health, playing a key role in positioning BT to seamlessly integrate mental and emotional wellness approaches. The CMO will also explore a range of traditional and complementary treatments, including the investigation of plant medicines and psychedelics, to drive industry trends. In addition to overseeing bioenergetics health applications and supplemental product lines, the CMO will ensure compliance and effectiveness within BT’s initiatives.
